Home inspection Leads to Ripped up Floor…
If you are a homeowner who has your home for sale presently, I caution you about real estate agent Liz Parcells from showing your home. Long story short… I accepted a bid from her clients, during the home inspection, she was present, the inspector ripped up my floor looking for a sample of suspected asbestos. The floor had another layer of flooring, and was sealed, deemed as “safe”. I can only think that this was done with her permission, as she was the person in charge, but definitely unethical. Sooo, if you don’t want your property destroyed, DO NOT have any dealings with her…
